Tickets will be available after all weekend Masses and at the Rectory. This is a used car in pristine condition with only 40,000 miles and an automatic transmission.

The SOCIAL COMMITTEE will meet in the School Dining Hall on Aug. 26th at 7pm. We will discuss the upcoming year’s events. All are welcome to join. For additional information  or questions call Donna Bodekor at 655-0483. 

The next Pre-Baptism class will be held on Monday, Sept. 14th at 7p.m. in the Rectory. All Parents must attend class prior to their child’s Baptism.   Please  call  the  Rectory at  652-6400 during business hours (8:30a.m.-3:30p.m.) to register.

Anyone entering 6th Grade or above this fall is invited to be an Altar Server in our Parish.  We will be holding training sessions on Sat.,  Sept. 19th and Sat., Sept. 26th at 11:00a.m. You must attend both sessions. The sessions will take approximately 1 hour. If interested please fill in the form in the bulletin and drop it off at the Rectory  by Sept. 17th.

The social committee will meet on July 1st at 7:00 pm.  The meeting will take place in the school dining room.  Everyone is welcome.

Our Annual Ice Cream Social will be held on July 15, 2009 from 6-7pm. Cost is $1.00 and presale tickets will be available after Masses on July 11 & 12. Please join us afterwards at the concert in the park featuring the City Side Band. Concert takes place at Hamlin Park from 7-9pm.

The Baby & Children’s Ministry at Harvest House is open four days a week to give away free baby items and children’s clothing to over 4500 children each year referred to Harvest House by over 200 social service agencies.

Time to clean out your closets? Bring your new or gently used clothing to the St. Vincent de Paul Clothing Drive, June 20th & 21st in the Immaculate

Conception parking lot. The collection will be before and after the Masses that weekend. Please do not drop off clothing until 4:00 pm on June 20. We are accepting clothing only at this time.

Immaculate Conception Boy Scout Troop #599 and the Holy Name Society will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast in the school cafeteria on Sunday, May 31st from 8:00AM to 11:30 AM. Tickets are $6.50 for adults and $5.50 for kids under twelve. Proceeds will support Troop 599's Scouting program.
